Sketched in the margin of a notebook during a moment of inspiration, this painting flowed out of my hands. It is part of a series of paintings capturing the contours of leaves and flowers against the sky shining behind them. A vibrant coral underpainting peeks through giving a subtle but delightful glow to this piece.
This piece is painting on an 8x10” oval canvas, 3/4” deep. The sides are painted to match and it is ready to hang.
